Human Synergistics – Round Table #6

In Human Synergistics – Round Table #6, Juli & Ali talk about what real cultural transformation takes: moving beyond “change management” toward actual behavior change—supported by psychological safety and leadership that models the shift.
The core message is simple: organizations don’t change — individuals do.

Curious what this could look like in your organization?

IMD Lausanne -
SL Alumni Retreat

At IMD, I hosted a short session on navigating intense life or career transitions—the kind that feel painful, uncertain, and deeply stretching. Together, we listened, shared real experiences, and explored practical ways to move through transition, from saying no and setting boundaries to leaning on support networks, prioritizing self-care, and finding flow through new activities. Huge thanks to all participants for creating such a brave, supportive space.

Resilience at Work –
Values Session

In Basel, we facilitated a session on Spiritual Health and resilience for one of our pharma clients. We explored Spiritual Health as a dimension of well-being—rooted in values & beliefs, meaning & purpose, connection, and inner alignment. The atmosphere was open and real: great exchanges, honest sharing, and the kind of insights that stick long after the session ends.

Navigating Change

In Barcelona, we facilitated a full-day session for a client team navigating a major change. The goal was to create a shared language for what is happening externally (change) and what is happening internally (transition), so people can move through uncertainty with more clarity and less friction.

We worked with William Bridges’ Transition Model and explored the three phases—Endings, the Neutral Zone, and New Beginnings—because teams don’t get stuck on the “new plan.” They get stuck on what they have to let go of, and on the messy middle where the new is not fully here yet.

JA Alumni
Conference 2025

In August 2025, we delivered a Future Leader Skills workshop for the JA Alumni Organization focused on two sessions: “From Vision to Impact: Courage That Moves People” and “Courageous Conversations.” We explored how leaders turn vision into real-world impact by inspiring and mobilizing people (not just building strategy), and why the ability to lead brave, honest conversations is becoming essential for navigating the future with clarity, trust, and momentum.
